At Southern Shore Dental, we know that family is important to you. That's why we put the effort in to keep your child's oral health on track.
At Southern Shore Dental, your family is our family.
We treat our patients like family, which is why we want to make sure your children maintain their oral health. We love talking to parents about their child's oral health routine. If you have any questions about your child's smile, please do not hesitate to ask!
From the very first visit, we want your child to feel comfortable. We'll teach them how to brush away all of those "sugar bugs" and have some fun with it.
How often should your child visit the dentist?
Just like you, your child should visit the dentist at least twice a year. Most parents wait until they see teeth emerge in their child's mouth, however we encourage you to bring your child in to see us by their first birthday.
To keep your child's smile safe during the sports season, we create custom-made mouth guards onsite. A mouth guard can help protect the teeth and jaws from impact during sports.
